For some days now, the Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, has been enmeshed in an alleged certificate forgery mess. Several efforts by many online media platforms, including Aproko247, to get the Minister or any of her aides to speak on the issue have been futile.
It was first reported by SaharaReporters that Oduah was not awarded a Masters degree by St Paul’s College, USA, as allegedly claimed by her. Days later, Premium Times reported that a honourary doctorate degree claimed by Oduah to have been awarded to her by one Pacific College in the US was fake, as the school doesn’t exist.
Speaking on a BBC Hausa radio programme on Thursday, spokesman of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, Yakubu Dati, said they have decided not to respond to the accusations against Oduah.
