Moments ago, Aproko247 reported that a serving Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Magnus Abe, was allegedly shot by the police in Rivers State.
The Senator, representing Rivers Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, was shot with a rubber bullet on Sunday afternoon in Port Harcourt and his whereabouts was not immediately known as at the time of our earlier report.
However, from a source, Aproko247 has obtained images of the wounded lawmaker receiving treatment at a hospital in Port Harcourt.
It is believed that Senator is responding well to treatment at the moment.
