I Made A Grievous Blunder Dating Queen Ure—Soul E Laments

Some years ago, singer now turned prophet, Soul E, found himself wrapped in the warm arms of an older lover, Queen Ure. Their relationship blossomed at that time that they were always attending public functions together.

But later, their romantic affair became devastating just like what is expected to happen when a tornado meets a volcano. The duo has been like sworn enemies and never wanting to hear each other’s names during press interviews.

Few weeks ago, Soul E secretly married his wife and when Queen Ure was contacted by a journalist to react to the news, she simply stated that she was not interested in glorifying her former lover. On the part of Soul E, he then maintained that there was no time he married Queen Ure, contrary to what is commonly believed.

Speaking recently again on Queen Ure, Soul E disclosed that dating the only beautiful daughter of a late prominent medical practitioner, politician and former Minister of Health Dr JOJ Okezie, was one of the greatest errors he made in life. “Dating Queen Ure was a mistake I made,” the singer said.

This statement by Soul E is in a sharp contrast to Queen Ure’s stand on their crumbled romantic affair when she told Vanguard in 2012 that she has no regrets dating Soul E.

Soul E has struggled to re-launch himself back into the music scene just like his ‘Soul E Baba’ days, when he was the toast of show promoters.
