Olumba Olumba Has Been Dead Since 2003—Former Follower-Turned-Pastor Reveals

A former follower of Olumba Olumba brotherhood has disclosed that the man claiming to be God has been dead a long ago, but that his death has been kept secret by some top members of the faith group.

The whistle blower, Lovina Amangala Iburene, who is now a Pastor of The Truth Ministry/The True Lovers of Christ, World Charity Ministry, Lagos, claimed that Olumba Olumba died as far back as 2003, contrary to the believe by his members that he ascended to heaven.

Lovina disclosed that she left the church since 2001, but her insider confirmed to her that the controversial ‘god’ died in the night and was secretly buried in order not to unsettle his followers, who still believe he’s alive.

“Olumba (Olumba) died since 2003 and was secretly buried. He died in the night,” the former frontline follower of the brotherhood said.

Since 2003, Olumba Olumba Obu has not been seen in public. Some of his followers have given different excuses for his long absence.

The headquarters of the church, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, is located in Cross River State. Olumba Olumba’s son, Rowland, who was crowned ‘Christ’ on April 14, 2000, by his father, has been running the church in his absence.
