Late MKO Abiola’s Wife Declares Lagos Guber Ambition

One of the wives of late MKO Abiola, Dupe Onitiri-Abiola, has declared her intention to occupy the Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos Government House in 2015.

Onitiri-Abiola made her gubernatorial ambition known in Lagos on Monday.

According to her, she has solutions to the problems of unemployment, electricity and education facing Lagos State. She also revealed her intention to bring smiles into the faces of residents of the ‘aquatic state.’

Onitiri-Abiola, however, did not disclose under which political party she would contest the governorship election in 2015, but stated that she’s still studying the existing ones and would make her choice known by the end of the month.

Late MKO Abiola was the acclaimed winner of the 1993 Presidential election, which was annulled by former Military President, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida.
