Some unknown gunmen have assassinated the initiator of ‘Imo Got Talent’, Prince Noel Unegbu, in Owerri, the capital of Imo State.
The entertainer and show promoter met his untimely death in the hands of the gunmen on Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Prince Unegbu recently returned to Nigeria from the United States of America, USA, to concluded plans for the second edition of the competition before he was killed.
Doctors at the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri, confirmed him dead. He reportedly died at Rapour Hotel.
Late Unegbu hailed from Akokwa in Ideato South local government area of Imo State. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Prince Noel Production.
