The father of ‘Double Wahala’ crooner, Oritse Femi, has mysteriously died, Aproko247 can authoritatively report.
“Oritse Femi’s dad died a moment ago (on Monday) at a hospital in Lagos,” an industry source informed this magazine over the phone.
As we were informed by the source, who is close to the Ajegunle-bred artiste, prior to his sudden death on Monday, the 62-year-old man was not sick, but hale and hearty.
It was learnt that he suddenly started shouting ‘hospital, hospital, hospital’ and he was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital where he later gave up the ghost.
“Femi is presently devastated by the incident,” the source further said.
Oritse Femi has been gaining attention lately with his ‘Double Wahala (for dead body)’ single, which he dedicated to late Afro-beat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.
