Jonathan Appoints New Scribe For NNPC

Nigeria’s President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, has approved the appointment of Ikechukwu Oguine as the Coordinator, Legal Services and Company Secretary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.

Oguine’s appointment was confirmed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Reuben Abati, through a statement.

Oguine is to replace Anthony Chukwuma Madichie, who has served as NNPC Legal Adviser and Secretary to the Corporation since February 2011.

Abati disclosed that Oguine has over 29 years of legal experience and hails from Anambra State, just like his predecessor.
