Some suspected hoodlums descended on members of staff of The Sun newspaper in Aba, Abia State on Monday. The thugs were reportedly armed and five in number. It was gathered they accused the media platform of writing against the state governor, Theodore Orji.
According to report, the gunmen beat those they met at the office blue black and allegedly carted away with about N27, 527 from the office and some other undisclosed amounts from vendors who had gone to the Aba sales executive office to make delivery of their weekend sales.
