The Senator made this call on Saturday while speaking on Sahara TV on the abduction of over 200 schoolgirls by some terrorists three weeks ago in Chibok, Borno State. The lawmaker lamented that the President has not shown that he’s on top of the situation and expressed his observation that he (President) should leave office.

He accused the President of not show sympathy with the people of Borno over happenings in the state. “What baffles us in Borno is that despite what has happened to us, the President has not sympathised with us,” the lawmaker alleged.
