Several residents of Ibadan trooped out in their numbers to see the remains of Ibadan business mogul, Abdulazeez Arisekola-Alao, who died on Wednesday in London, England.
The body of the late Deputy President General of Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs and Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland touched down in Ibadan on Friday morning and was moved to the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan, where prayers were offered by some Islamic clerics to begin funeral rites for the deceased.
According to reports gathered by Aproko247, those who came out to catch a glimpse of the fallen Ibadan big player expressed grieve at his death. Many people wept uncontrollably as the man arrived in a long convoy.
Arisekola-Alao, 69, had gone to London for a medical check up, but died in his sleep.
