Prominent Lagos-based human rights lawyer, Bamidele Aturu, has died. The renowned lawyer died in a Lagos hospital on Wednesday evening.
Late Aturu represented popular Nollywood actor, Babatunde Omidina, famously known as Baba Suwe, in court in his highly publicised alleged drug case with the NDLEA in 2012.
The deceased reportedly died after a brief illness. Late Aturu was a vocal lawyer and a public affair analyst in his lifetime.
