The alleged mastermind of April 14 explosion at the Nyanya bus station in Abuja, Aminu Ogwuche, has been handed over to the Nigerian government by the Interpol.
The Defence Headquarters revealed this on its twitter handle on Tuesday afternoon and posted picture of the alleged terrorist being escorted by two officers of the Interpol with the Nigerian Air Force plane in the background.
“Bombing mastermind Ogwuche delivered to Nigerian Security by @INTERPOL_HQ. Received in Abuja Airport & taken to custody,” the tweet, posted via @DefenceInfoNG, reads. The suspect was said to have fled to Sudan to evade arrest in Nigeria.
