Contrary to rumour making the rounds that prominent Nigerian Islamic preacher, Dahiru Bauchi is dead, he is alive, Aproko247 has authoritatively learnt.
One of the members of his family, Sanusi Bauchi, addressing newsmen on Saturday in Bauchi on the death rumour, also pointed out that the renowned cleric is in good health.
Sanusi emphasised that the Sheik even led the Jummaat prayer service on Friday and also the Fajr prayer on Saturday. He described the rumour as “untrue”.
“We received so many telephone calls seeking for clarification that it was pasted on the social media that Maulana Sheikh died in Medina. Its not true; Sheikh is alive and is in good health,” Sanusi told reporters on Saturday.
