A new talent hunt show is about to be unveiled, which will be anchored by prolific actor, Desmond Elliot.
The show, ‘Unleash Ur Creativity’, will be aired on some popular TV stations in Nigeria and it is put together by Emmanuel Eyaba, a respectd movie director, who is in charge of 2et Media Network Limited.
‘Unleash Ur Creativity’ will give opportunity to rising actors, scriptwriters, cameramen, songwriters, singers, editors, makeup artistes or costumiers to showcase their skills to millions of audiences that will tune into the talent hunt programme.
According to a statement made available to Aproko247 by the show organisers, participants would be required to conceptualize a story, produce and premiere it within the period to a live TV audience and the winning group will get N10million to produce a feature film.
Renowned filmmakers will visit the artistes from time to time at their camps to give them practical tips on the art and science of filmmaking.
Seven locations are being considered for the camping, which include Obudu Ranch Resort in Cross River State, Federal Capital Territory, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Bayelsa, Kogi and Lagos States.
The audition for the show is scheduled for Calabar, Abuja and Lagos.

Eyaba studied Theatre and Media Arts at the University of Calabar, Cross River, and has worked with both Hollywood and Nollywood Directors. He was one of the beneficiaries of the capacity-building project of the Federal Government of Nigeria on a training programme to Colorado Film School, United States of America.
He has been involved in several projects on TV, film, events, stage, etc.
He produced and directed for the Nigeria Customs Service the first action series in Nigeria titled The Frontiers. He was the Project Director, Face of Peace Africa Pageant and the COO of Blumoon Imaginationz before setting up 2ET Media Network Limited.
He runs a youth outreach programme in Abuja known as RAW IMPACT which is aimed at empowering the African youth through knowledge. He is also the founder of The Playhouse, a platform for rising and aspiring actors to empower themselves through movies.
