A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the Federal Government to jettison its plans to post military officers to polling stations across the country for the March 28 and April 11, 2015 general elections.
Justice Ibrahim Buba ruled that the use of military for the polls is “unconstitutional and undemocratic.”
