A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned to Wednesday, April 1, 2015 for the ruling on a suit filed against presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the March 28, 2015 presidential election, Muhammadu Buhari.
The judgement was earlier fixed for Tuesday, but the court said this will now take place next Wednesday, four days after the poll.
Buhari was taken to court over allegations trailing his certificate. The consolidated suit is seeking to disqualify him for the presidential race based on this.
