A closed door meeting is presently going on between President Goodluck Jonathan and Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
We reliably gathered that the meeting is coming on the heels of President Barak Obama’s call for candidates in the March 28, 2015 presidential election to urge their supporters to shun violence before, during and after the poll.
Aproko247 was reliably informed that Jonathan is meeting with Buhari on the need to ensure a smooth and peaceful electoral process. Also, we gathered that the gladiators in the election are meeting to get each other’s assurance that the outcome of this Saturday’s election will be gladly accepted by whichever party loses.
The meeting, we heard, is taking place at Sheraton Hotels in Abuja and it started some minutes past nine.
This is the second time the pair will be meeting before the poll.
