Senator Gbemisola Saraki has finally dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to join the All Progressives Congress, APC, barely 15 hours to the presidential election on Saturday, March 28, 2015.
The daughter of late Olusola Saraki announced her defection from the PDP to APC a moment ago. She is joining her brother, Bukola, a former governor of Kwara State and presently a serving Senator, in APC.
Arriving Ilorin on Friday, Gbemi, who has been wooed before now to switch allegiance to the APC, informed her supporters to follow her to the ruling party in Kwara State and the opposition party at the federal level.
