A former Minister in Nigeria, Godsdey Orubebe, on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, caused a mild drama at the venue of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, elections collation centre in Abuja.
Just when the Commission’s Chairman, Prof Attahiru Jega had resumed the announcement of the results at the International Conference Centre, the ex-Minister of Niger Delta shouted him down, accusing him of being biased and partisan.
He alleged that Jega has sympathy for the All Progressives Congress, APC, an opposition party in the presidential poll.
Orubebe, an agent of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, further alleged that the results of the presidential election have been falsified.
He threatened that Jega will not continue with the announcement of the results.
