Ilaro Poly Shut Indefinitely Over Unrest

Authorities of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State, has announced the closure of the institution due to the recent students’ unrest.

Last week, students of the higher institution of learning staged a demonstration to demand the school management to recall some of their expelled colleagues.

Aproko247 confirmed that the school has been shut till further notice.

Speaking in an interview with TVC News, Rector of the institution, Segun Aluko, disclosed that the closure is with immediate effect.

Aluko expressed shock that leaders of the Students’ Union Government, SUG, were using their colleagues against the management to cover up for an alleged fraud.
