The Deputy Governor of Borno State, Zannah Umar Mustapha, has died, Aproko247 has learnt.
Mustapha was said to have passed on in Yola in his sleep in the early hours of Saturday, August 15, 2015.
He was reportedly sleeping inside a guest room in the Government House in Adamawa, where he had gone to represent the Borno State government at the convocation ceremony of Moddibo Adama University in Yola.
