Buhari To Address Nation October 1

President Muhammadu Buhari, will address Nigerians on Thursday, October 1, 2015, his spokesman, Femi Adesina, has said.

A statement issued on Wednesday in Abuja by the Presidency disclosed that Buhari will address the nation in a “nationwide broadcast as part of the programme of activities to mark Nigeria’s 55th Independence Anniversary.”

Adesina said the “broadcast will take place at 7am” and all “electronic media stations are kindly requested to join the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal
Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for the broadcast.”
