President Muhammadu Buhari and the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, were captured smiling at each other on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at an event organised to mark the country’s Independence Day celebration.
Before now, there had been reports that the President and Saraki had not been on speaking terms.
