A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday granted bail to the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olisa Metuh.
The court ordered Metuh to pay the sum of N400 million and provide two sureties in like sum.
According to the court, the sureties must live in Abuja and swear affidavit of means with two passport photographs and Metuh is also expected to submit his travelling documents with the court Registrar.
