Bloggers Night Out Comes To Town

An online news service provider, MikeAngeloNews.Com, has developed a concept for the industry people called Bloggers Night Out.

The idea is to create an enabling environment whereby bloggers in Nigeria will be able to meet, interact, support one another, and exchange ideas.

This is not an association, but a kind of platform created to have Bloggers meet to network, look at challenges they face and the advantages ahead of them.

Anyone can walk into a club, dance and wine and go home. But with this novelty, it’s a learning avenue for bloggers because there is something to benefit as they can always have something tangible to go home with. There will be game shows, raffle draw, items to be won, gifts for best dress, talent display etc.

According to Michael Alonge, the convener of this event, “The gathering will always hold on second and last Thursday of every month (starting from next Thursday, 11-02-2016 at Eagles Park Hotel, 7, Obokun Close, Behind Jabita Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos from 10pm prompt.

It will feature a variety of fun and exciting items. At least, one or two top-rated artistes or celebrities or captains of industries that the industry can easily identified with will be special guest(s) for the night.

Questions will be raised; issues will be discussed on a lighter mood while at the same time still have fun under one roof.

The event will make the online publishers to feel the pulse of these special guests in their midst better, in terms of their company’s operations and challenges.

It will, at the same time, correct and address any form of misconceptions that might have been in existence about the character on the ‘cold sit’ prior to the fortnight show tagged “Bloggers Night Out. ‘Having built and celebrated others, it is time to do same for ourselves.
