Former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Vice Marshal Alex Badeh, has had his bail application granted by the court.
The former military officer was granted bail on Thursday by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
The court, presided over by Justice Okon Abang, granted Badeh bail in the sum of N2 billion.
Badeh was brought to court on Thursday from Kuje Prison for hearing of his bail application.
He is facing corruption charges levelled against him by the Federal Government.
