A customer of Fidelity Bank in its Uromi branch, Odianosen Adodo, has emerged the winner of a 4-bedroom duplex in the latest draw of the bank’s on-going Save-4-Shelter promo.
The duplex is located in Port Harcourt and Adodo is expected to receive the property with its complete title documents paid for by the bank.
The draw which was held at the bank’s head office in Lagos, also saw six other customers winning a total of N12 million and other consolation prizes.
They included Adamu Kabir (Kaduna branch), who won N2 million; Obi Micheal Chidozie (Obosi branch), who won N1 million; Ibrahim Selimat – N500,000; Jewel Favour Chinenye –N500,000; Nkeiruka Chijioke (Port Harcourt branch) – N500,000; and also Olukotun Abdulrasheed Temitope (Akure branch), who also won N500,000.
Speaking at the event, the Executive Director of Shared Services, Fidelity Bank, Mrs. Chijioke Ugochukwu, said the initiative was to improve the financial well-being of customers of the bank, and promote financial inclusion.
“We are committed to the well-being and growth of our customers and we would continue to come up with initiatives that would empower our customers and make them grow.
“This promo is a special effort on the part of the bank to continue to build strong savings culture among our customers and among generality of Nigerians as a whole. It is also our way of supporting people’s aspiration to rent their own property or own their own houses,” Ugochukwu said.
“Financial literacy and financial empowerment programme can sometimes be a bit dry, but embellishing it in this is our way of sending out the messages in a stronger fashion to the key stakeholders, especially our existing and prospective customers,” she added.
The bank gave out a four bedroom duplex house in Abuja last year in the promo. So, with the Port Harcourt duplex already won, the bank has one more duplex to be won in the promo. The third duplex is located at Lekki, Lagos.
Good one but nobody in Lagos got any price. Just asking!
