Sevilla were on Sunday night demolished by Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in a La Liga match.
Karim Benzima opened the score line for the Madrid giants in the first half with a world class volley, while Christiano Ronaldo doubled the lead for the Zinedine Zidane’s men after an earlier penalty miss in the second half.
Gareth Bale made it three 21 minutes into the second half to become the British’s all time highest goal scorer in La Liga.
Substitute, Jese Rodriguez, completed the onslaught on Sevilla by scoring the fourth goal four minutes from time.
Earlier, Gary Neville’s men suffered a 2-0 loss in the hands of Celta Vigo. The two goals came in less than 11 minutes into the end of the game.
The loss piles more pressure on the Englishman, who is currently under fire.
