In the media release, issued by PSC’s Head, Press and Public Relations, Ikechukwu Ani, employees of the Commission were urged to live above board and not make a mess of the presidential assignment.
Ani warned candidates to also desist from indulging or inducing the staff as anyone caught would be arrested and prosecuted.
He said the Nigeria Police Force deserves the best brains in the Nigerian society, stressing that the commission would ensure that only the best would be engaged.
The statement stressed that any staff involved in any misconduct during the exercise would be sanctioned in line with the Public Service Rules and may be prosecuted for sabotage.
