Aproko247 has confirmed that the Presidency has received details of the controversial 2016 national budget approved by the National Assembly.
The document was received on behalf of the Presidency on Thursday, April 6, 2016, at the State House by the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari.
It was gathered that the budget was collected from the Senior Special Assistant to President on National Assembly Matters, Senator Eta Enang and Hon. Kawu Ismaila in Aso Rock, Abuja.
President Bahari had disclosed that he will not sign the budget until he gets the details for proper scrutiny.
The N6.07 trillion budget raised dust after it was revealed that it was padded.
Buhari presented the budget to the National Assembly in December 2015 for passage.
