President Muhammadu Buhari is already in the People’s Republic of China for a State Visit to the country.
Buhari touched down China on Monday, April 11, 2016, after he departed the Nanmdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 7:30pm on Sunday, April 10, 2016.
The Nigerian President was welcomed to China by the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Cheng, alongside other Senior Chinese Government Officials at the Beijing Capital International Airport.
On his entourage to China are Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State, Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State, Governor Ibrahim Geidam of Yobe State, Minister of Trade and Investment, Okechukwu Enelamah; Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi; Minister of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu; and Minister of Defence, Dan Monsur Ali.
