Aproko247 has reliably learnt that some youths loyal to the embattled Senate President, Bukola Saraki, on Monday morning, stormed venue of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, in Abuja, to show support to him.
The Senate President appeared before the tribunal on Monday for the resumption of his trial by Justice Umar Danladi.
It was gathered that the youths were at the venue of the proceedings, demanding a stop to, alleging their ‘leader’ is being witch hunted by some powerful people.
The demonstrators want a stop to the trial and let Saraki be. They carried placards conveying different messages.
Also, anti-Saraki protesters were at the tribunal to support his trial at the CCT. They asked for the Senate President to do the honourable, resign from office.
