President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday had discussions with his vice, Professor Yemi Osinbajo at the State House, Aso Rock in Abuja.
Also at the meeting with Buhari and Osinbajo was the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udo Udo Udoma.
The talks were not unconnected with the controversial 2016 budget, which has set the executive arm of government against the legislature.
Buhari refused to sign the document into law before travelling to China because of some ‘errors’ found in the budget.
The executive claimed some projects not in the budget sent to the National Assembly were smuggled into it.
Also, the executive said the lawmakers removed one of its important projects, the Lagos-Calabar rail project, which the parliament said was never in the initial budget.
