A mammoth crowd showed up at the burial of late Commissioner for Sports in Lagos State, Prince Ademola Adeniji-Adele on Wednesday.
Many at the ceremony could not hide their emotions as tears flowed freely down their cheeks.
Most of them described the deceased as a fun-loving and easy going man, who loved and cared for the people.
The burial ceremony took place on Lagos Island, where he was governed as Chairman. People from different walks of life were present at the event to pay their last respect to the man fondly called Papa.
The deceased was a Prince of Lagos who had a huge influence in sports administration in the state as well as in politics.
Adeniji-Adele was aged 60 and passed on last week abroad in a hospital.
