PDP Releases Venues For Zonal Congresses

Approved venues for the zonal congresses of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, have been released by the National Working Committee, NWC, of the party.

This was unveiled on Thursday ahead of the exercises, which holds on Saturday, May 14, 2016.

The party said “all members are hereby advised to adhere strictly to the approved venues above. Any zonal congress(s) conducted in any other venue apart from the ones listed above will not be acceptable.”

Also, the NWC of the PDP “has nominated the following Party members to serve on Electoral Committees and Electoral Appeal Panels for the conduct of the zonal congresses.”

The approved venues are as follows:

South-West Zonal Congress

Venue: The Dome, Akure, Ondo State

South-East Zonal Congress

Venue: Okpara Square, Enugu, Enugu State

North-Central Zonal Congress

Venue: Apo Town Hall, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT)

North-West Zonal Congress

Venue: Kaduna Trade Fair Complex, Kaduna, Kaduna State

North-East Zonal Congress

Venue: Jalingo, Taraba State

South-South Zonal Congress

Venue: Dr. Obi Wali International Conference, Port Harcourt, Rivers State
