Former governor of Enugu State, Sullivan Chime, was on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, quizzed by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
According to what we gathered, Chime was questioned over N450 million presidential campaign funds.
It was learnt that Chine was a guest of the anti-money agency body over his connection with the $115 million cash allegedly disbursed by Fidelity Bank on the instruction of the former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke during the re-election bid of the former President Goodluck Jonathan.
The former governor is expected to report to the Commission on Monday, June 13, 2016 for further interrogation.
