Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye of the Lagos State High Court has sentenced a man to prison for 39 years after he was found guilty of stealing from a dead body.
The convict identified as Olawale Garuba, was jailed on Thursday, June 9, 2016.
Garuba was arraigned by the EFCC alongside six others in July 2015 for conspiring among themselves to steal over N30 million from the bank account a deceased customer of a new generation bank where the they work.
