Justice Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court, Asaba on June 6, 2016 convicted and sentenced Stephen Othuke Perry alias Martins Leon and Ogaga Ovuapkorie to seven years imprisonment each.
The duo were arraigned by the EFCC on February 21, 2013 on a 12 count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of N24 ,812,905.
