A serving officer of the Nigerian Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Ojuawo, is presently standing trial for an alleged fraud.
The military officer is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
He was arraigned at the FCT High Court, Apo Abuja, on Thursday, June 23, 2016, for fraud.
AVM Ojuawo stormed the court in his full Air Force regalia.
