An Abuja High Court, on Monday, June 27, 2016, granted bail to the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu.
The Senate President was brought before the court on allegation of forging the Senate Standing Rules.
The Federal Government filed the case against Saraki, Ekweremadu and two others.
At the court on Monday, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charges levelled against them. They then applied for bail, which was granted.
However, the case was adjourned till July 11, 2016 for hearing.
