The underdogs at the ongoing Euro 2016, Iceland, have beaten England to clinch a spot in the last eight of the competition.
Iceland came from a goal down in the 4th minute to stun one of the favourite teams tipped to win the title.
The Three Lions had gone ahead in the match through a spot kick taken by the captain, Wayne Rooney.
However, Iceland cancelled out the deficit through Ragnar Sigurdssonwere barely 2 minutes after they conceded the first goal.
Nineteen minutes into the game, Iceland struck again, this time, with Kolbeinn Sigthorsso’s strike.
Efforts by England to force the game into another extra 30 minutes were futile and Iceland, nicknamed ‘Our Boys’, stood their ground, taming the Three Lions, and bundling them out.
