At least five police officers have been killed in Dallas, USA, during a demonstration. Also, about six other officers were wounded during the protest.
Some residents of Dallas had staged a peaceful protest against the shooting of black men by police, but it later turned bloody.
At the moment, about three people are in custody and one man who was in a stand-off with police shot himself dead.
At about 9pm local time on Thursday, protesters marched through the city kicking against the killing of Philando Castile in Minnesota and Alton Sterling in Louisiana.
Meanwhile, US President, Barack Obama, who is visiting Poland, has reacted to the unfortunate incident.
He said the attack was a “vicious, calculated and despicable attack on law enforcement”, adding that the “US police community feels this loss to their core”.
The Dallas attack marks the deadliest day for US law enforcement officers since the 9/11 attacks in 2001.
