Not less than 209 officers of the Nigerian Air Force, NAF, have graduated from the NAF Regiment Training Centre in Kaduna.
At the ceremony held on Saturday, the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, charged the graduands to use skills learnt at the Centre to fight terrorism in the country.
Abubakar informed the graduating officers that with the training, they should be ready to be posted to any “theatre” of operations in the country.
The Air Force chief disclosed that the aim of the training was to build an efficient force capable of responding to any security challenge anywhere in the country.
He expressed satisfaction with the performance of the graduating officers.
In his speech, Commandant of the Centre, Air Commodore Dankad Bausa, stressed that the training was put in place to boost the physical and mental minds of the officers while confronting any emergency situations whenever they arise.
