A broadcast journalist based in Lagos, Surajudeen Taiwo Salami, fondly called Olalomi Ejire, has been reported dead.
The popular broadcast journalist was said to have died on Friday, September 2, 2016, at a hospital in Lagos.
According to reports, Olalomi Ejire breathed his last at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, Idi-Araba, where he had been receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness.
Before his demise, the 54 years old broadcaster anchored ‘Eko Lawa’ on Radio Lagos and ‘Ogbon Kayeso’ on Faaji FM.
His colleagues have since been mourning the demise of Olalomi Ejire, who has since been buried according to Islamic rites.
