There are two kinds of taste in the appreciation of creative work: the taste for emotions of surprise and the taste for emotions of recognition.
Both feelings were all what prominent brand pusher, Paul Inyang, the dude behind the fledgling multiple award-wining brand company, Megaplux Global Access, enjoyed recently when his company was awarded with the best Point Of Sales Materials Production Company award at the just concluded Nigeria Media Nite-Out Award (NMNA) in Lagos.
Held at Time Square Event Centre in Ikeja, Lagos, the award ceremony attracted who is who in the media profession, outstanding co-operate organisations, media friendly personalities and celebrities, who have done tremendously well in their various fields.
Recipients of the award also include Gov. Aregbesola of Osun State, Kogi State First Lady, Mrs. Yahaya Bello, Mrs. Folake Ani-Mumuney, the Group Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications of First Bank, Abdul Imoyo, the head, Corporate Affairs of Access Bank, Rapper Eedris Abdulkareem, Artquake and many others.
According to the organizers, Megaplux won the award based on its immense contributions to the outdoor branding business.
While accepting the award, the company chairman, Paul said: “this is a reward for audacious pursuit of made-in-Nigeria products. We thank the organizers for this award and truly it’s really deserving and encouraging. My team and I have over the years worked hard to ensuring that we add value to the outdoor branding industry. Our primary focus is to provide ideas that can impact positively on lives and brands. How a product can perform and translate into values to the producer. That is what we stand for and we shall continue in the same spirit.”
Meanwhile, it should be added that just last year, the company also won the same award category at the African Governance and Corporate Leadership Award, which was held in Abuja.
