Two prominent monarchs in Nigeria, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi; and the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo III, have thrown their weights behind the 2nd edition of Nigeria Carnival in USA, which holds this year.
The Nigeria Carnival in USA is an event, which aims to celebrate and showcase the Nigerian cultural heritage to the world.
It is also to entertain and educate Nigerians in diaspora and create visibility for sponsors; presenting them as socially responsible organizations.
According to the organisers, the carnival will strive to redefine the Nigerian culture as a merger of beauty, values, brain and gaiety through the natural virtues of the national character, intelligence, homeliness and communal living.
The Nigeria Carnival in USA is targeted at bringing Nigerians in diaspora together under the umbrella of a recognized body in the United State of America.
The event is the brainchild of TKY Global Investment.
