The Rivers State Chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, salutes one of its leading lights, quintessential and consummate gentleman, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs as he clocks the age of 54.
A statement signed and issued to journalists today by the party’s Spokesman Senibo Chris Finebone said: “Rivers APC is pleased with Dumo’s uncommon humility, generosity and compassion for all. Indeed, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs is an exceptional team player with exceeding patience, friendly mien, character and listening ear to everyone that crosses his path.”
The APC wished Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs a very happy birthday and many happy returns.
