To mark the day, Adron Homes partnered with electronics giant, Samsung, to distribute some smartphones to some Nigerians.

The promo made it possible for clients to acquire landed properties with a down payment of N200,000 and the balance spread within 12 months.
This allowed subscribers have the opportunity to win a Samsung Galaxy J4+ Phone and with just N300,000 down payment and balance spread within 12 months for lands in Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, Abuja, clients were allowed to win Samsung Galaxy J6+ Phone.
Speaking during a media briefing at Governors Hotel Apartment, Omole Phase 1, Lagos, on Monday 8, October 2018, MD/CEO of Adron Homes and Properties, Oba Adetola Emmanuel King, explained that the promo was intended to further manifest the Adron philosophy of making incredible affordable.
“Courtesy of this promo, every Nigerian and other residents have the opportunity to own any of the trending models of Samsung phone devices by subscribing to at least a plot of land in any of the Adron Estates in Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Nasarawa state,” he said.
Last year, Adron Homes rolled out a package known as the LEMON FRIDAY. It was a particular day set aside to allow massive discounts on all lands sold by the company.
