In order to motivate its hardworking employees, who have done so much for the company, Adron Homes management recently flew 22 members of staff to Dubai for a one-week holiday.
The leading real estate company in Nigeria showed the excited workers with the all-expense paid trip to the United Arab Emirates this February 2020, with thousands of dollars shopping allowances, tourism purpose and exposure to enhance their operational abilities.
This is also part of the generosity of the Group Managing Director of Adron Groups, Chief Adetola Emmanuel King, who doubles as the Aare Apesinola of Ibadan Land.
The trip tagged the “Incredible Dubai Pepper Dem Gang” which featured many employees from various branches of Adron Homes was organized to appreciate their efforts that have reached a certain level of achievements in their areas of specializations.
In addition, the criterion used for selecting those travelling was an individual inflow of N15 million and the realization of 30 new clients each.
The globally recognized and affiliated company, while explaining further, revealed that “The Incredibles In Dubai” will come up soon for the next lucky and incredible members of staff.
The incredible reward initiative which started over 4 years ago has sponsored hundreds of staff to different countries abroad for training and leisure.
